Bringing Medical Professionals and the community together to celebrate
Calling all women and men to come and celebrate the International Gynaecologoical Awareness Day at Kings Park on Sunday, 10 September from 1:30pm-3:30pm.
Bring a picnic, chair and drinks, plus your most fun self.
We will be meeting at the Kulbardi Pavillion in Kings Park.
A presentation by Sexologist, Bec Bucci; Richelle Trible Dancers, a belly dancing troupe; a Gynae-Bits Fashion Parade, a slice of the cake and lots of fun.
We will also be celebrating the founder of IGAD, Kath Mazzella OAM’s, birthday.
The Women and Newborn Health Service in Western Australia are putting feet to the International Gynaecological Awareness Day by selling socks that feature vulvas in celebration of the day.
Funds raised from sock sales will go to the Australian Gynaecological Cancer Foundation and the Gynaecological Awareness Information Network (GAIN).
